My story will always be a wonderful work in progress, as I look to make every chapter more exciting than the previous one.
I'm Aashritha Daggubati or Ash, an Indian national living in Barcelona since 2019. I’ve been fortunate to consciously build a life which is a healthy mix of pursuing my passions and stepping out of my comfort zone to often test my limits, because that’s where the magic lies.
After completing my formal education with two post graduate degrees in Economics and Business and well equipped for a conventional career, I realised that I had to pursue a path that leveraged who I truly was as a person and that’s when I began my “Infinity Journey”.
I started Infinity Platter as an homage to my eternal love for food, travel and photography. What started off as a hobby began to create a strong sense of purpose and I wanted to share my learnings & experiences with the world.
Ticking off one country after another on my bucket list, I now consider myself a global citizen at heart. What fascinates me the most is how people live vastly different lives from one another but pursue the same end goal – Happiness!
In my pursuit of happiness, I was fortunate to be guided by my spiritual master and parents who led me to the realisation that happiness is found within ourselves because it is our true nature.
Since that moment, life has been a journey of mindfulness, empathy and being fully present in the moment and that's been my secret sauce.
Food, travel, adventure & moving to Barcelona have taught me lessons that no school could. They’ve given me some of my most prized possessions - Creativity, Confidence & Freedom!
I have grown as a human, become more responsible yet spontaneous, made friends from all over the globe, learnt about different cultures, learnt to be patient with myself, let time & nature heal me, appreciate this AMAZING world we live in, make incredible memories & most importantly - to spread joy and positivity everywhere.
So now the time has come for me to show you, in person, everything I know about the city I’m fortunate to call home.
I look forward to curating an experience that creates a strong sense of family and a better understanding of ourselves through a communal experience like never before.
Life is short and fleeting. As cliché as this may sound – Carpe Diem!
